Trade Marketing Executive

Carex Sweden is a fast-growing dermocosmetic and FMCG company, marketing leading clean cosmetic and dermo cosmetic brands primarily in selected European Countries (Sweden, Turkey, Romania and Benelux, Germany), Middle East and CIS countries.We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive for our Celenes by Sweden and Bionnex brands.The brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in FMCG and/or retail sector preferredProven experience in trade marketing, channel management, and working closely with field sales teamsStrong background in campaign planning, budget management, and profitability analysisAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsStrong analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsJOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop and implement trade marketing strategies across sales channelsPlan and execute channel-based campaigns, promotions, and activations (Modern Trade, perfumery chains, and pharmacy channels)Monitor field execution and conduct performance analysesCollaborate closely with sales teams to ensure achievement of commercial targetsRegularly report on market, competitor, and category analysesManage trade marketing budgets and conduct campaign profitability analysesLead commercial planning processes for new product launchesConduct post-campaign analysis (ROI, uplift, sell-out impact) and reporting
