You’ll shape the local market strategy, launch campaigns and partnerships, and work closely with regional leadership and global teams to turn insights into impact.Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingDefining and executing full-funnel local growth plans aligned with regional objectivesBuilding and scaling mid-funnel demand engines beyond paid media, including partnerships/affiliates, events, creators, testimonials, community, and ecosystem playsLeading local field marketing initiatives, such as trade shows, partner events, customer roundtables, and community activationsDeveloping local proof points (case studies, testimonials, customer advocacy) and activating them across channelsPartnering with Product, Sales, and Global Marketing teams to refine local positioning, targeting, and messagingRunning structured growth experiments, testing hypotheses, and translating learnings into repeatable playbooksTracking and reporting on local performance metrics, and sharing insights with senior stakeholdersActing as the voice of the Dutch market, feeding customer insights back into product teams to improve customer experienceWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in B2B growth or local marketing, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled platformsA solid understanding of the local B2B ecosystem, including partnerships, platforms, creators, and eventsA hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, and to be comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling what worksExperience across mid-funnel channels, such as partnerships, affiliates, events, influencer/creator collaborations, and owned contentImpressive analytical skills, with the ability to connect campaigns to commercial outcomesThe ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while balancing speed, quality, and ROIExcellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional, international teamsFluency in Dutch and EnglishNice to haveExperience in payments, financial services, or fintechExposure to sales-aligned field marketing or ABMExperience working in fast-scaling, international organisationsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
