We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy marketing leader to join the team and drive commercial success through compelling, integrated marketing strategies.Marketing Manager (Tech Industry)Location: Sri Lanka (Remote to start, will transition into a hybrid role)Role SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing all multi-channel marketing efforts to elevate the brand and drive engagement within the technology sector, particularly in the ERP and digital transformation space. This role requires strong hands-on experience in content creation, digital tools, and translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging marketing messages.Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Channel Campaign ExecutionDevelop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns across all digital and content platforms.Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all public platforms using social media scheduling tools.2. Digital Content Creation & ManagementCraft compelling content using excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact for a B2B audience.Translate complex technical concepts (related to ERP and digital transformation) into clear, accessible, and commercially engaging marketing materials.3. Strategy & CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies and initiatives directly with core business objectives and goals.What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)Proven, hands-on experience in a dedicated tech-focused marketing role.Specific familiarity with the ERP or digital transformation sector preferred.Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing Canva, and social media scheduling tools.Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills across various formats and platforms.A highly collaborative mindset and proven ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams.Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization), including optimizing landing pages, blog content, and metadata to improve search rankings.A strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing strategies and execution.The ability to interpret basic marketing analytics to iterate quickly and optimize campaign effectiveness.Direct experience in B2B or tech-focused marketing, particularly within the SAP or Microsoft ecosystem.
