🧩 The RoleDKK Brands is looking for a hyper-organized, execution-obsessed Marketing Operations Manager to bring precision and consistency to a fast-moving, multi-brand marketing engine.we looking for hyper focused marketing operations manager that will own our 52 week marketing calendar.The job is across 3 brands (espro, liiton and VIVA) 5 channels (Shopify, tiktok shop, amazon, coffee shop and B2B) 3 regions (US, CA and EU).Managing deadlines, coordinate cross organization and unblock obstacles. If you love turning chaos into choreography, we want you.🔑 Your Mission: The Four Pillars of Flawless Execution1. Process Design and Documentation· Build and enforce end-to-end SOPs for creative brief approval, campaign QA, and asset delivery.· Own a scalable process that works across product launches, emails, influencer drops, and more.· Continuously identify process bottlenecks — and kill them.2. Project Management & Calendar Ownership· Own the master marketing calendar in our project management platform on Monday.com.· Create detailed schedules with dependencies and resource assignments for all campaigns across brands and channels.· Ensure every campaign hits deadlines — or flags risks before they become fires.3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Risk Mitigation· Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Creative, Sales, Inventory, and CX.· Align campaign messaging with product availability and business priorities.· Run a ruthless QA process: every Creative, link, SKU, price, and disclaimer gets checked before launch.4. System & Tool Management· Be the power user and admin of our marketing project tools · Ensure campaign tasks are properly tagged, tracked, and archived.· Collaborate with Analytics to make sure every campaign is measurable and post-mortem ready.🧠 What You Bring· 3–5+ years in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, or Program Management· Proven ability to manage high-volume campaign execution across brands, products, and channels· Deep experience with project management tools (Asana, Wrike, Monday, Trello)· Familiarity with e-commerce workflows and product launch calendars· Insane attention to detail and a calm, clear communication style — even when things get chaotic· A bias for operational clarity, repeatability, and transparency🚀 Why Join UsDKK Brands is a portfolio of design-driven consumer brands obsessed with ritual, craftsmanship, and performance.
