Responsibilities Operational Support & Coordination Assist in scheduling content calendars across web, blog, social, and email platforms Administer HubSpot tasks including database entry, reporting, monitoring forms, workflows, and automated emails Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, product) and external vendors to support campaigns Monitor website analytics and campaign performance, reporting on key metrics Manage project timelines, workflows, reports, and asset libraries (images, videos, templates) Support content updates on the website/blog and conduct quality checks before launch Manage subscriptions and access for marketing tools and platforms Sales & Marketing Materials Keep the sales platform (Accent) updated with the latest content Gather updates on company wins and partnerships to identify opportunities for new collateral Review and maintain case studies, collaborating with teams to develop new ones Maintain inventory of marketing materials and share updates with the sales and marketing teams Report usage analytics of sales platforms monthly Virtual Events & Webinars Manage the virtual event platform (Cvent) and assist in event setup Coordinate content for the TeKnowledge Hub and manage registrations and attendee communications Support post-event follow-up activities and report platform usage analytics monthly Administrative Support Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for marketing and sales teams Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed Maintain organized digital files and databases Handle invoices, expense reports, and general administrative tasks to ensure departmental efficiency Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Administration, or related field (preferred) High school diploma (required) Certificate in project management is a plus Experience 3 –4 years of experience in marketing operations, coordination, or project management Experience with HubSpot, Asana, Monday.

com, or similar tools is a plus Skills Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and quality control Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with inbound marketing platforms Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or basic design principles is a plus Professional fluency in English (written and oral)
