工作职责:Marketing End to End ScopeProduct1 Tracking existing product performance, supporting the analysis of sales and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.2 Study market trend and understand consumer needs for product optimization and NPD innovation.3 Be able to independently explore product selling points and formulate product go-to-market strategies.Digital1 Execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple channels (Red/TikTok/Wechat/Weibo…) to drive brand awareness and engagement.2 Control and output the product tone and main visuals, including product key visuals, social content, and store merchandising to achieve business conversion while building brand awareness.3 Analyze competitors’ latest seeding activities on various platforms, summarize best practices to learn and optimization.Requirements Punctuality with plan, good communication skills with cross-functions.
