JQ Investments HR RecruiterIn this role, you will support all aspects of the recruitment cycle by partnering closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to understand the talent market, utilize recruitment strategies, and generate talent pipelines. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of critical talent acquisition projects.What you will doSupport the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling.Understand position requirements and criteria, define candidate profiles, and develop sourcing and search strategies to effectively support and execute talent acquisition projects.Play an active role in recruiting for technical roles, including talent mapping and candidate follow-up. Utilize diverse recruitment channels to meet the company's hiring needs.Perform other tasks as assigned by the HR department.What you haveBachelor’s degree or above.
