Marketing Specialist [Engagement & Campaigns]

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist [Engagement & Campaigns] to support our client, a Super App / Fintech company.Location: OneNorth, Singapore | Experience: 2–3 years | Industry: Super App / Fintech | Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm [No overtime expected]Responsibilities:Team up with Performance Marketing to run paid campaigns (social media, search, in-app) that encourage Punggol residents to try the new shuttle service.Help organize and secure Out-of-Home advertising, like bus wraps, shelter posters, and signage near shuttle stops.Coordinate the launch and testing of promotional content (banners, push notifications) within the client’s app to support the Ai.R booking flow.Support on-the-ground marketing activities and local events to get residents familiar with and excited about the AV service.Manage the setup and stock of physical marketing materials, including signs and info panels at shuttle locations.Make sure all public-facing content is consistent with brand guidelines and approved messaging.Work closely with internal teams and external partners to keep communications clear, aligned, and compliant throughout the campaign.QualificationsBachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, or project coordination, ideally within tech, mobility, or transportation sectors.Passion for storytelling, community engagement, and emerging technologies like autonomous vehicles.Strong skills in organizing and analyzing data using Excel or Google Sheets.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, consumer-facing work.Interested candidates may apply through the application system or send it to sg-rscontracting@morganmckinley.com.
