With projects spanning prime locations, the Group is recognized for delivering comprehensive real estate and contracting solutions from design to completion.Role Description* Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)* Create engaging content, reels, and property-focused posts aligned with brand identity* Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid campaigns* Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports* Coordinate photoshoots, videography, and property marketing materials* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for property listings and company campaigns* Maintain consistency across all platforms and ensure high-quality brand representation* Stay updated with the latest real estate and digital marketing trendsQualifications* Experience in Market Research and analyzing industry trends to identify opportunities and insights* Skills in Marketing Strategy/Digital Marketing with a proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns* Relevant experience in the real estate sector is a plus* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
