Marketing Associate – 3-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Berlin)€50,000 - €60,000 pro rataWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Associate to join a growing international business in Berlin on a three-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience who enjoys a varied mix of communications, events, and digital marketing activity.What you’ll be doing:Managing marketing content around industry events – including brochures, communications, and branding materials.Running external communications, particularly via LinkedIn, sharing company news, pricing updates, and product announcements.Updating the company website and online platform with new partner and seller profiles.Supporting CRM management (HubSpot), ensuring marketing data is accurate and up to date.Assisting with sales and marketing collateral, such as pitch decks and presentations.Working closely with senior stakeholders to prepare for the arrival of the new marketing leadership.What we’re looking for:3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing.Confident working across events, social media, and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus).Strong writing skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.A Western European language alongside English would be a plus.Details:Contract: 3-month fixed term (potential to go permanent)Location: BerlinSalary: $50,000–$60,000 (pro rata)Interviews: Early November, with an in-person final stage in Berlin
