Job Description

Coordinates with all concerned parties to ensure the successful execution of individual programs/projects. These parties may include creative/ad agencies, Toyota dealerships, Toyota Motors Phil (TMP) Marketing Services team, and 3rd party suppliers.Develops and strategizes concept proposals, brand positioning, and marketing programs.Presents programs/projects as complete packages for management approval.Coordinates concept execution after approval.Executes and monitors the performance of approved concepts/programs.Proposes enhancements to programs based on performance.Manages and maximizes budgets while achieving campaign KPIs.Prepares reports, incentive programs, distribution, and sales promotion programs.Manages relationships with Toyota dealers and TMP.Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications, and other related coursesMinimum of 3 years experience in Digital Marketing or General MarketingGood project management skills with minimal supervision. The use of project management tools is nice to have but not required.Advantage but not required:Experience working in a creative or media agency.Experience in Digital Ads implementation and knowledge of the Ad Ecosystem.Knowledge of basic programming skills.Willing to work onsite (Makati Head Office).
