No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.What We Offer• Competitive salary • 8% holiday allowance + 7% end-of-year bonus • Profit-sharing opportunities • 27 vacation days + 3.5 ADV days • Flexible working hours (start between 6:00–9:00) • Excellent pension plan • A key position in an international aviation organization with real impact • Work that directly contributes to aircraft safety and performance • Ample opportunities for growth, training, and professional development • A dynamic, high-tech workplace with passionate colleaguesWhat You’ll DoMaster Planning & Scheduling • Develop and manage a master plan aligning commercial forecasts with operational capacity. • Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for seamless coordination between teams.Capacity & Resource Alignment • Analyze shop capacity against forecasted demand and identify potential bottlenecks. • Recommend smart, data-driven solutions to balance workloads and optimize utilization. • Support strategic decisions on capacity expansion and resource allocation.Material & Supply Chain Coordination • Ensure timely provisioning of parts, materials, and consumables for scheduled maintenance events. • Work closely with buyers to expedite critical components and avoid production delays. • Provide visibility into future material needs and consumption trends to support inventory planning.Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as the key interface between Commercial, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams. • Lead planning meetings focused on priorities, risks, and conflict resolution. • Communicate schedule changes and operational impacts clearly and proactively.System & Data Management (eMRO) • Maintain accurate planning data within the eMRO (Trax) ERP system. • Create insightful planning reports and dashboards to drive decisions and monitor performance. • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of planning systems and workflows.Performance & Continuous Improvement • Track key metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Not-in-Stock (NIS) orders. • Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. • Lead and support initiatives that enhance planning efficiency and supply chain reliability.What You Bring• MBO4 or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in production planning, material coordination, or supply chain management. • Strong understanding of capacity planning, forecasting, and ERP systems (preferably eMRO or Trax). • Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. • Experience within aviation or another high-tech, regulated industry is a strong plus.Why Join AAR?At AAR, “Doing it right” means putting quality, safety, and people first.
