Material Planner

该职位来源于猎聘 Material Planner will be an integral part of Supply Chain Planning organization supporting factories in PRAESIDIAD group in material planning and inventory management for its raw, semi-finished goods and finished Goods.Responsibilities：Review and release of daily purchase requisitions for assigned group of materials;Customer demand review and planning purchasing in accordance to demand;Daily monitoring of missing components;Creating of weekly/monthly/quarterly purchases orders;Supplier forecasts preparation;Control of ordering process for raw and semi-finished materials to ensure on time delivery;Coordination of master data maintaining;Stock level optimalization;Various planning reports assigned by the management;Assist management to resolve problems with late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and cancellations of customer orders;Compliance with health and safety and fire protection regulations;Cooperation with other employees in achieving the company's goals. Competency：Higher education with the profile related to production planning/sourcing.+3 years’ experience in planning and scheduling a manufacturing facilityFluency and proficiency in the practical application of MRP logic, scheduling logic, order policies, capacity planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance. Experience with SAP/IFSKnowledgeable in master scheduling, production planning and detailed scheduling, demand management, purchasing, and cost accounting techniques.Experience with inventory management.Advanced Microsoft Office skills.Experience and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts.Fluent in English both written and spoken
