Our diverse customer base includes owners and charterers in the oil, cruise, container, and bulk commodity sectors, as well as naval, government, and intergovernmental organisations.Role Summary:The role of the OPS Admin Assistant will be to cover accounting, administrative and HR management tasks.Contract: PermanentLocation: Port Louis, Mauritius (On-Site)Key Responsibilities:Email Management: Monitor and review principal enquiries before scheduling appointments. Compliance: Complete Dow Jones checks with Procurement and Legal. Data Management: Create principal records in MDM. Performance Tracking: Update KPIs once appointments are confirmed. Financial Coordination: Follow up on prefunding requirements. Operational Setup: After confirmation and clearance, create Optic files and input service lines. System Administration: Resolve Optic LPA queries, update service status, generate and send POs to vendors. Client Support: Respond to CLS and DA Desk queries. Team Support: Assist COCE with MPX/IMS uploads and queries. Ad Hoc Tasks: Support Operations or Finance as required. Candidate Requirements:Written and spoken fluency in English and French. Diploma - HSC Level. Competent user of the Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word. Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
