Drive configuration, setup, and optimization activities for Transportation operations. Support MAS 8/9.1 upgrades and integration with enterprise systems. Collaborate with cloud/infrastructure teams on Azure or AWS deployment models. Advise clients on process design, testing, and go-live readiness. Mentor client teams and coordinate across project phases. Required ExpertiseCore Maximo for Transportation Modules: Asset Configuration Management (ACM) Fleet & Vehicle Management Work Management Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Fuel & Driver Management Inventory & Materials Management Purchasing & Procurement Warranty & Contract Management Labor, Crew, and Resource Management Experience & Skills 5+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience. 3+ years focused specifically on Maximo for Transportation. Solid experience in Configuration, Setup, and Functional Design. Experience in MAS 8.x / MAS 9.1 environments (preferred). Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Strong understanding of transportation asset management processes. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working with remote and cross-border teams.
