With depots located in QLD, VIC, NSW, and SA, you’ll have the flexibility to nominate your home base while being part of a strong national network.This is a true linehaul role (not changeover only), giving you the chance to take on full interstate driving responsibilities. You’ll be an important part of ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.What you can expect:Interstate linehaul runs with variety and consistency.A supportive team environment with a focus on safety and compliance.Ongoing opportunities across our national operations.Drive well-maintained B-doubles, transporting freight and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.Have a variety of combination and route opportunitiesIf you’re ready to hit the road with a company that values its drivers, apply now and let us know which depot you’d like to call home!Requirements we’re looking for:BFM accreditationDG LicenceStrong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety practicesCurrent MC licence with a minimum of 2 years' B-Double experienceMust have a safety-first approach and consistently demonstrate WHS practices and proceduresFollow and comply with company procedures, including hazard, near-miss, and incident reporting processesTransport goods safely and efficiently over designated routesSign for loads, including pre-departure documentationComply with all traffic laws and regulations related to heavy vehicle operationConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthinessReliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.Maintain accurate records of driving hours, rest periods, and vehicle maintenanceMonitor vehicle performance and promptly report mechanical issuesInteract professionally with customers and other road usersEnsure the safe and timely delivery of goods while managing delivery schedulesIf Successful, You Will Be Required to Provide the Following:Proof that you meet FAA employment criteria, which includes a medical examination and drug and alcohol testDriving history printoutNational Police CheckWorkplace Benefits Include:Fuelling facilities at all depots.Modern vehicles (Kenworth & Volvo) with all modifications.NHVAS (BFM, Mass & Maintenance Management).Attractive hourly rates and penalties.Potential to move to full time for the right candidate.www.faagroup.com.au | www.freightassistaustralia.com.au | www.onewarehousing.com.au
