For more information, visit www.aerovect.com.As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll design, prototype, and integrate systems to retrofit production vehicles with the hardware necessary for autonomous driving. You’ll work hands-on to bring advanced technology from concept to integration, ensuring seamless functionality and robust performance.You WillDesign and prototype mechanical systems to retrofit vehicles with sensors, computing hardware, and other autonomous componentsCollaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems teams to ensure smooth integration of technologiesHands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of retrofitted vehiclesDevelop and iterate rapid prototypes to test new ideas and solutionsWork in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines and performance targetsYou HaveBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldProficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) and hands-on experience with mechanical integrationExperience with prototyping, fabrication, and testingStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work in a dynamic startup environment and quickly adapt to new challenges
