The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, hands-on site supervision, and coordination across multiple disciplines to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all mechanical works on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.Oversee installation and alignment of transformers, cooling systems, and other substation mechanical components.Lead and monitor lifting operations, ensuring safety compliance and proper execution.Verify tolerances and ensure accurate mechanical fit-ups.Coordinate with civil and electrical engineering teams for seamless integration of work activities.Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards and resolve any on-site issues promptly.Prepare site progress reports, update project stakeholders, and maintain documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in mechanical site supervision, preferably in high-voltage substations or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of mechanical systems, transformer erection, and substation cooling systems.Excellent coordination and team management skills.Familiarity with project safety regulations and quality control standards.Proficient in technical drawings, tools, and industry practices.
