Hiring Sales Managers for Fire Protection Services.For Locations : Dammam / Jubail & Jeddah Role Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive growth within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in KSA , developing, and implementing strategic sales plans, and nurturing strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong client relationships.Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.Collaborate with senior management to set KPIs and track performance.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.15+ years of experience in fire protection and detection sales.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.Strong network and relationships within the industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
