Ultimately, that’s what fuels us: helping people get their best night’s sleep, and creating experiences that truly exceed expectations.We currently operate in Australia and the USA and will continue to grow into international markets.Creative @ Sleeping DuckThe Marketing & Creative division consists of marketers, designers, UX, growth, creative and senior leaders who work collaboratively to create, drive and publish the narrative for Sleeping Duck.Our in-house Marketing & Creative team has taken Sleeping Duck from a little-known start-up to a household name in a few short years.In the past 12 months, we’ve expanded and diversified our reach to advertise on all channels - 'above the line' - radio, TV, billboards and digital channels - Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Podcasts, growing Sleeping Duck’s prompted brand awareness to 61% of all Australians.We are proud to produce all our media in-house and redefine how Australians buy a mattress.The Product Design team develops the Sleeping Duck product vision and brings it to life. Through research, ideation, conception, prototyping and product testing we optimise the design development process to create products and experiences which are market leading. We innovate, iterate and perfect to achieve the highest outcomes.The Product & Design Team works closely with the Marketing & Creative Team to integrate the creative vision into everything we present to the customer. We develop design solutions for new and existing Sleeping Duck products, projects and experiences.What’s the role all about?The Project Coordinator is responsible for bringing together various functions of Sleeping Duck to support Media Buying and Product-related projects.Your Main Focus Areas Will BeProject CoordinationCoordinate and help keep the momentum going on projects, campaigns and priorities that are generated by the Media Buying team.Coordinate and collaborate with other internal divisions (e.g. the Creative team, Customer Experience team) to facilitate the progression and completion of Media Buying and product-related projects and campaigns.Help build timelines, schedules, budgets and project tracking documents to support the Media Buying team and the Product team.Liaise with other members of the Media Buying team and Creative team to keep track of the creative assets that are being sent out to our media partners for delivery on a monthly basis.Media Buying Support Support the Media Buying team in actioning plans, including booking meetings, note-taking and organising work.Stepping in to communicate with external media partners at times when the primary media buyer is occupied with other internal/external tasks.Assisting the Media Buying team in generating media buying performance reports and overviews.People Who We’d Love To MeetPrevious experience in a production assisting or coordination role within a creative production environment or marketing environment is preferred.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A keen eye for detail and a passion for organisation.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus including, a minimum proficiency in Google Docs & Sheets.Life @ Sleeping DuckAn opportunity to be part of our evolving story and join an innovative and fast growing Melbourne born startupThe team is really passionate about what they do, they have an open-minded, forward-thinking and inclusive cultureAmazing employee benefits, wellness days, events, learning and development budget and generous leave entitlementsTo really live the SD life we will gift you a mattress to take home after your successful 6 months probation with generous discounts for family and friendsIf you are interested, please submit your resume and cover letter.
