The Medical Laboratory Technician will be responsible for performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and adhering to laboratory safety standards. The role also includes preparing specimens, collecting data, and reporting accurate results to assist medical professionals in patient diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine skillsProficiency in Laboratory Skills and Laboratory Equipment operationExperience in Quality Control proceduresAttention to detail and strong analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsCertification or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.slmc registration is an added advantage.
