Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Backlog Grooming, Requirement Analysis, Backlog Creation, Solution Designing and DocumentationLiaise closely with the project team during project implementation to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and to facilitate any requirement related clarifications Verification cycle for new developments to ensure they meet requirements Participate and provide required support during the project UATs Adhere to other SCRUM process related activities User Manual Creation, User Training and Knowledge Transfers Ability to grasp respective domain knowledge with ease and provide fast outputPerson Specification7 to 8 years of experience in Software Business AnalysisExperience in the Banking domain (Core banking system & applications) is requiredGood interviewing, elicitation, communication, presentation, writing and problem-solving skillsGood understanding of the business processes and basic knowledge on the development and modelling toolsGood understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
