Job Description

Located in our central Auckland office, the Member Services Coordinator will be an admin rockstar, calling upon your strong administrative and organisational capabilities, event and project coordination, and impeccable customer service skills. You will be a strong brand ambassador, enhancing our membership services delivery. Property Council are at the forefront of the industry so previous experience in a membership organisation would be ideal yet is not essential. What is essential is a genuine interest in the property industry, a desire to learn and hit the ground running, and the ability to craft exceptional offerings to our members. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Coordination and administration of Property Council’s Training Academy: DevelopUManagement and coordination of specific member committeesStakeholder and industry member management Primary contact for member queries CRM database managementChampion member engagement and retentionFinancial and data reportingSkills & attributes to be a success in this role:Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Meticulous attention to detail Excellent technology skills especially the Microsoft suiteAbility to work effectively independently and as part of a teamA background in membership or event management is advantageous Solid financial reporting and budgeting capabilities Ability to work across several different projectsAn upbeat engaging personalityA continuous improvement mentality - what can we do differently or more efficiently?Curiosity about our industry: a hunger to learn more about our membership and the world of property. As an organisation we pride ourselves on providing an awesome working environment, where everyone is accepted and included and where our company values come naturally. We have built a foundation of trust, honesty, and authenticity, and we know how to have fun.
