This includes individual and group work, and using our strengths-based, multi-systemic approach to encourage positive and lasting change.This role also is required to support with the Parenting in Prisons programmes.Ngā ūkenga kei a koe I Your Skills and ExperienceAre familiar with strength-based practice principlesExperienced in working individually with children, with families, and in group settingsThrive in a busy multi-disciplinary teamShow exemplary professional practiceHave outstanding communication and people skillsKnowledge of tikanga Maori an advantage.
