This is a hands-on operations role that combines supervision, logistics, and staff coordination across areas such as ramp supervision, load control, warehouse oversight, and ULD management. Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in aviation or cargo handling, ideally with team leadership exposureFamiliarity with ramp and cargo processes, including handling of special cargoExperience in both manual and digital weight and balance processes; qualifications in wide-body or freighter aircraft handling are a strong advantageValid EU or German driving licence (Class B) and a clean criminal recordFluent in both German and English, with strong interpersonal skillsConfident working in a team-focused, shift-based environment (including some weekends)Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office and SharePointWhat's on offer:
