Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

With a strong track record across buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising mandates, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture and deep sector expertise.The Role:They are seeking a driven and commercially astute M&A Manager to join our growing London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3–4 years of M&A experience, ideally with exposure to Private Equity transactions, who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.Liaise directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders to deliver strategic advice and execution.Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials (IMs, teasers, etc.).Support junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.Requirements:3–4 years of experience in M&A, ideally within a corporate finance boutique, Big 4, or investment bank.Demonstrable experience working on Private Equity-backed deals.Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.Excellent communication and project management abilities.ACA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Please apply asap if this role sounds of interest.
