This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring nurses, personal support workers (PSWs), and community workers to meet the hiring demands of our North American clients. Key ResponsibilitiesSource, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for healthcare positions in Ontario, Canada. Conduct interviews, assess skills and qualifications, and ensure candidates meet client requirements. Work closely with Canadian clients to understand healthcare workers requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Advertise job openings on various platforms and proactively engage with potential candidates. Ensure all candidates meet the licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements for healthcare roles in Ontario. Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for future hiring needs. Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in healthcare industry. Understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, Ontario healthcare regulations, and workforce management procedures. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruiting strategies.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Preferred SkillsExperience in high-volume healthcare recruitment hirings.
