Microwave Engineer

Main responsibilities: 1) Lead the survey activities, able to review and validate the survey reports before sharing with customer.2) Deliver MW Transmission Network Design (LLD) for Rollout, SWAP and upgrade projects.3) MW Frequency planning and Capacity Planning for Access network ensuring there is no interference among the MW links with in network.4) Interact with Customer and other Domains to provide them network Topologies(Hub/Chain/Terminal), Tower Loading, Planning TXN repeaters etc..5) Preparation of High-Level Design and BOQ and provide related support to Solutions and sales team.6) Meet with customer to sort out Customer’s pain points.7) To Ensure timely completion of Design to meet the PIP and Revenue target.8) Maintain the Planning database and provide necessary information to external and internal stakeholders.9) Liaison between Customer, Project Management Team, Remote service Center and Suppliers.
