Job SummaryResponsible for managing and implementing HSE systems and standards across project sites in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Ensures safe work practices, leads the HSE team, and drives continuous improvement toward achieving project safety targets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and monitor all HSE activities as per project HSE plans and HSEMS requirements.Ensure compliance with local laws, company HSE standards, and client expectations.Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and develop preventive measures.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management review.Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness sessions.Guide and motivate the HSE team to maintain a strong safety culture.Coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders to achieve HSE goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or Level 6 Diploma in OHS.Professional certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, Lead Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22301).Additional training in Accident Investigation, Fire Safety, Scaffolding, or Rigging preferred.ExperienceMinimum 8 years total experience, including 5 years in a relevant HSE role.GCC experience (2+ years) preferred.Strong leadership and ERP (SAP) knowledge are advantageous.
