This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional to grow their expertise in a dynamic environment and contribute to informed financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in payroll calculation and processing.Support monthly TDS filing and e-TDS submissions.Ensure timely vendor payment releases.Track expenses against budgets and help with financial reporting.Perform bookkeeping and record transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).Help oversee Provident Fund (PF) and gratuity deposits.Assist with VAT return entries and bank deposits.Support preparation of budget requests.Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist in resolving audit queries.Collaborate with HR, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite).Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills (Optional)Basic knowledge of Nepalese taxation and compliance (TDS, VAT, PF).Effective communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to learn and grow in financial management responsibilities.
