From our headquarter in London to our branches across Europe and North Africa, we provide tailored services that effectively integrate into client's projects, whether in-house or through team augmentation.Role Overview:We’re looking for an experienced and autonomous  Middle level/Senior QA Tester to join our growing creative and development team in Tunis.You’ll be responsible for ensuring our web and mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and performance. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a structured mindset, and a strong desire to learn automation tools and QA processes in a collaborative environment.It’s the perfect fit for someone who loves problem-solving, testing user journeys, and contributing to smoother, more reliable digital products.Core Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to understand project requirements and testing goals.Set up testing procedures and environment from scratch Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.Perform manual and automated testing using tools like Playwright (web) and Appium (mobile).Document, track, and report bugs clearly through the QA process.Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing.Contribute to continuous integration pipelines and maintain automation tests in Jenkins or GitHub Actions.Stay updated on QA best practices, testing frameworks, and CI/CD trends.Must-Have:Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.Experience in setting up environment from scratch ch with little supervision.Hands-on experience with Playwright (or similar tools like Cypress, Selenium).Knowledge of Appium for mobile testing.Basic understanding of API testing with Postman.Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Trello).Experience working on web or mobile testing environments.Curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn automation in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub).Should-Have:Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub).Understanding of DevOps principles and build automation basics.Ability to collaborate closely with developers and designers.Good communication and analytical skills.Attention to details and a methodical approach to testingNice-to-Have:Experience writing basic JavaScript or Python for automation scripts.Familiarity with cloud environments or containerisation (Docker).Passion for improving testing efficiency and automation coverage.What You’ll Get:Competitive compensation and career growthFlexible working hoursA supportive, hands-on learning environment.Exposure to modern QA and DevOps tools.Opportunities to shape real products and contribute to smoother user experiences.
