About the positionAs the Junior Operations Manager, you will make sure that things are getting done smoothly at all times - from ordering office supplies for the members and the Mindspace team to managing suppliers, payments, and maintenance.
The Operations Manager is the right hand of the Operations Manager and is also the go-to star for all members regarding any logistical issue. What you will be responsible for, mainly: Support building operations, scheduled and ad hoc maintenance, and overall facility upkeep at MindspaceAct as the main operational contact for peers and leadership at your locationsManage payments, suppliers, and procurement processesBe on top of logistical office needs and ordersOversee and take responsibility for the external cleaning team. Identify issues for escalation to Senior Operations Manager (and document accordingly)Experience & Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of administrative and operational experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both German (C2) and English. Customer service experience - An advantageProficiency in Microsoft Office & other basic computer toolsCritical Competencies for SuccessExceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities are a must for this high-paced roleYou must be a great communicator who is able to convey messages in a clear and concise mannerAre you intrigued by entrepreneurship?
