Our Ideal Candidate Will Have As a Minibar Attendant, you will play an integral part in ensuring that every guest’s in-room experience is flawless. You will manage the replenishment, organisation, and presentation of minibars across the resort’s accommodations, maintaining accuracy, quality, and discretion at every step. This role requires precision, efficiency, and a natural sense of service, qualities that contribute to creating seamless and luxurious guest moments. Key Responsibilities Check, restock, and maintain all guestroom minibars daily according to established par levels and brand standards. Accurately record consumption and post minibar charges through the point-of-sale system. Inspect all items for quality, expiry, and presentation before placement. Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper labeling in all minibar storage areas and service carts. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Purchasing and Storeroom teams for replenishment. Prepare and submit daily minibar reports and reconcile variances. Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously. Report any discrepancies, damaged items, or maintenance issues to the Supervisor or Manager. Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand service standards. Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all guest interactions. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in minibar operations or F&B service within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment. Diploma or vocational certification in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Operations preferred. Basic knowledge of Opera PMS, Micros, or similar point-of-sale systems. Proficient in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, service orientation, and interpersonal abilities. Physically fit and able to lift and transport minibar stock safely. Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining brand standards. Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
