DescriptionSummary:Flatter, Inc. (Flatter) is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Clerks (Mid-Level) to join our team in St. Louis, MO supporting the USDA. These roles will provide administrative and clerical support to mortgage operations, with a focus on USDA loan programs and systems. The Mortgage Clerk will assist with documentation, file maintenance, and loan processing activities to ensure smooth and compliant mortgage transactions.Responsibilities Provide clerical and administrative support throughout the mortgage loan process. Review and organize loan files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with USDA requirements. Enter, update, and maintain data in USDA loan systems (e.g., GUS) and internal databases. Assist loan officers and processors by gathering and verifying borrower documentation. Track loan file progress and follow up on missing or pending items. Prepare reports and maintain loan records in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Demonstrated experience supporting USDA loan programs and systems. Solid knowledge of loan documentation requirements and compliance standards. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support a high-volume workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
