Partners with cross-functional teams to influence decisions. Drives continuous improvement in reporting and planning. Works independently with minimal direction. Supports complex cost and profit centers.Position Responsibilities & Essential FunctionLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts for multiple business units or functions.Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Research and communicate monthly variances to plan, forecast and prior yearPrepare financial presentations and reports for senior leadership.Serve as a finance business partner to functional or operational teams.Conduct ROI and cost-benefit analyses for strategic projects.Drive standardization and automation of financial reports and processes.Perform ad hoc modeling and analysisMentor and provide informal guidance to junior analysts.Monitor actual vs. plan performance and recommend corrective actions.Follow all CDK Global policies and proceduresComplete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgementsMeet or exceed all performance expectationsRequired Job Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.4+ years of financial analysis experience.Strong financial modeling and analytical skillsAbility to influence decisions with data-driven insightsStrong Communication skillsStrong multitasking skillsStrong Excel skillsPreferred Skills & QualificationsMBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.Experience with advanced analytics or data visualization.Smartview ExperienceSalary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonusCDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
