Manager - Transmission Planning and Optimization

Mission: Manage the planning, the design and the optimization of the entire Transmission Network in line with company business strategy.

Ensure adequate Transmission actions are performed at the right time and within the given constraints to meet the company business objectives for consumers and Corporates (EBU customers) Oversee all Transmission Networks Planning and optimization, including Fiber (FTTS, FTTH, DWDM), Microwave (urban and inter-urban, PTP and PtMP), VSAT (including LEO) Provide appropriate, stable and reliable backhaul to all RAN Network, especially 2G, 3G, LTE, 5G, Wimax, Wispeed, FWA, WIFI radio access network Manage the TX and EBU/Fiber specialists, including those in regions. Oversee and manage MS/NPM activities related to Transmission.

Sc. in Electrical/ Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering.

Master’s degree is a plus. Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and implementing TX projects, with experience in supervising/managing others. Experience working in a medium to large organization.
