Multimedia Designer

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be a versatile creative professional, responsible for producing high-quality visual content across multiple mediums. This includes photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design. Working closely with the marketing and communication teams, you will create compelling multimedia assets that effectively communicate the brand message of Lifestyle Retreats and engage our audience across print, digital, and social platforms. The position reports to the company Art Director.Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization and Design: Create engaging visual content solutions across photo, video, and design mediums. Develop multimedia assets for campaigns, including advertisements, social media, websites, brochures, and presentations. Edit photos and videos to produce polished, brand-consistent results. Photography & VideographyCapture high-quality images and videos across all Lifestyle Retreats properties. Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for marketing and communication needs. Ensure visual storytelling aligns with the identity and values of each property. Brand ConsistencyMaintain consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics across all multimedia projects. Apply brand guidelines to ensure all visual assets support Lifestyle Retreats’ corporate branding.  Collaborate with teams to ensure multimedia content enhances guest engagement and brand recognition.Technical SkillsOperate professional photography and videography equipment. Edit multimedia content using industry-standard software. Stay updated with creative trends and adopt new techniques in multimedia production.RequirementsMinimum 1 year of professional experience in multimedia design, photography/videography, or a related creative field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom). Proven experience in photography and videography, including shooting, editing, colour grading and postproduction workflows. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of photography, video, and design projects (required). Solid understanding of composition, lighting, storyboarding, pacing for short-form and long-form video, and basic sound/audio principles. Experience operating professional cameras, lenses, stabilizers (gimbals), and basic audio equipment. Familiarity with social media content formats and best practices (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Excellent time-management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Willingness to travel between properties and work flexible hours for shoots (including occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends).Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film, Photography, Visual Communication, or related field preferred but not mandatory.Nice to HaveAdvanced motion graphics or compositing experience (After Effects). Drone piloting experience and licensing. Experience in hospitality or lifestyle/resort photography. Experience directing talent and managing small production crews.
