From video and motion graphics to email, paid media, and interactive content, you'll play a key role in shaping the way our brand shows up across every touchpoint.

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for developing graphics and visual content for various platforms, conceptualizing and executing multimedia projects, and collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive design and branding. What You'll Do:

Create and deliver compelling multimedia content across digital channels, including web, social, paid media, email, internal communications, and digital signageOwn the creative process from concept development and layout to execution, testing, and final delivery, ensuring all assets meet high visual, technical, and brand standardsMaintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and tone across formats and campaignsLead the development of integrated campaign visuals in collaboration with marketing strategists, supporting product launches, brand initiatives, and promotional pushesProduce and direct multimedia deliverables, including:

Motion graphics and animationsVideo content (concepting, scripting, directing, editing)Static and interactive visuals for web, mobile, and internal channelsInfographics and visual storytelling assetsDesign and optimize creatives for performance on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube—tailoring visuals for engagement and conversionInterpret creative briefs and campaign goals, providing strategic, design-led solutionsApply SEO and UX/UI best practices to enhance content discoverability and user experienceAnalyze creative performance data to inform continuous improvement of visual assetsContribute to annual planning and strategy with creative insights, innovation, and channel expertiseServe as a visual consultant across departments, reviewing external creative, advising teams, and upholding brand standardsManage freelancers and vendors as needed, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely deliveryStay on top of design trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to keep our content cutting-edgeQualifications & Experience:

Associate Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, animation, or multimedia content creationStrong portfolio showcasing multi-format creative work across video, motion, digital, and interactive contentExperience leading or contributing to integrated digital campaignsBackground in brand development, creative ideation, and end-to-end production workflowsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTechnical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of visual design principles, brand development, and multimedia storytelling techniquesProficient in video production and motion graphics tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)Skilled in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CanvaKnowledge of web and email content standards, accessibility compliance, and responsive design best practicesFamiliarity with SEO fundamentals and how they apply to visual and content strategyUnderstanding of funnel-based marketing, targeting, and retargetingExperience using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to assess and improve creative performanceCreative Execution & Optimization:

Ability to lead multimedia projects from concept through deliveryStrong motion design and video editing skills, including sound design and text integrationExperience designing high-conversion paid media creatives for platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and YouTubeComfort using data insights to drive creative decisions and refine visual outputProject & Resource Management:
