We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Business Development professional to help us grow our presence in the Russian market. Responsibilities: Leverage the company’s product advantages to introduce and promote Dukpay’s services to overseas gaming, social, live streaming, and cross-border e-commerce clients.

Expand overseas merchants as per business needs, including those in the CIS region and MENA region. Utilize the company’s client resources to explore new potential demands and provide customers with satisfactory solutions. Visit clients through meetings, calls, etc. , to develop new sales channels and contribute to achieving department and individual sales targets. Share and update market information with team members, while also completing other tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements: Proficiency in both English and Russian for communication is a must. Experience in overseas payment acquisition, overseas advertising, game publishing, cross-border service trade, or international settlement is preferred.

Deep knowledge and customer resources in cross-border payments, cross-border finance, and related fields is a strong advantage. A degree in international trade, finance, marketing, or a related field. Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation, with a good understanding of business etiquette and time management. Excellent communication skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and a fast learner with the ability to work independently. Good teamwork skills, a friendly and confident attitude, and a passionate approach to work. Open to hiring new candidates who can be trained, though experienced candidates are preferred. Note:
