National Account Coordinator – Distributors and NA Retail

SUMMARY: The National Account Coordinator reports to the National Account Manager - Distributors and NA Retail and provides administrative and sales support to the National Account Retail/Distributor Team.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and build mass and individual shipments of visual merchandising pieces, support materials, and product for events such as tradeshows, education events, and market meetingsProvide general admin and event support, including outbound calls to retailersInput distributor students into the class registry system Update account order forms and price lists Assist with placing orders in internal and external systemsProcess purchase requests, purchase orders (POs), and invoicesProvide backorder notifications to customers Process quarterly commissions and maintain reportingTrack and submit customer return and chargeback creditsPerform additional duties as assignedRequired Skills and Abilities: Strong administrative and technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software quicklyExcellent organizational and follow-up skills; able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlinesComfortable working independently with minimal direction and maintaining a high degree of accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced beginner level in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Word and OutlookFamiliarity with PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint is a plusGood math aptitudeAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and eager to expand knowledge and skills through independent learningFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesAdheres to punctuality, attendance, and dress code standardsConsistently meets or exceeds performance expectationsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally Ability to stand for extended periods (3–4 hours) during event supportPassion for the skincare industry is a plusEducation and or Experience: High school diploma required, with prior experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a sales environment. Familiarity with the skincare industry and Dermalogica products is a plus.The expected base hourly pay rate range is $24-$26/hr. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
