We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our national distributor network and key accounts.Position OverviewThe National Accounts Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for national distributors and major end-user accounts. This role manages inbound inquiries, reviews and processes purchase orders, coordinates shipments, and ensures exceptional service throughout the order-to-delivery process.This is a fast-paced role requiring strong multitasking ability, precision, strong communication skills, and proficiency with email, Excel, and CRM systems.Key Responsibilities1. Customer & Distributor SupportRespond to calls and emails from distributor sales reps and customer service teams.Provide product information, stock availability, lead times, pricing, and basic technical details.Deliver order status updates, shipping confirmations, and tracking information.Maintain a polished, customer-facing communication style.2. Purchase Order ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all incoming distributor POs:Review each PO for correct pricing, product model accuracy, and complete ship-to information.Confirm product availability and expected warehouse arrival dates.Ensure end-user reference numbers and delivery instructions are properly included.Verify delivery contacts (name, phone number, email).Confirm shipment methods, including routing instructions or white-glove delivery requirements.Work directly with distributor teams when PO instructions are missing or unclear.Save, document, and submit complete POs to accounting for processing.Send organized PO summary emails to internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing.3. Shipment & Delivery CoordinationReview and verify invoices once orders have shipped.Pull carrier and tracking information and distribute to distributors, CSRs, and sales reps.Enter shipment details and invoicing information into any required distributor or partner portals.Provide customers with tracking links, estimated delivery dates, and delivery requirements.Communicate inspection guidelines to ensure freight-damage claims are properly documented.4. Inventory & Product CoordinationParticipate in weekly calls to review inbound inventory and stock status.Reference daily stock and back-order reports to respond to availability inquiries.Work with product content teams to ensure distributor sites display accurate product details.5. Additional ResponsibilitiesAssist with competitive product cross-referencing.Support occasional research projects for sales and management.Complete additional tasks as assigned.Required SkillsStrong multitasking and time-management abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communicationHigh attention to detailFast, accurate typing skillsProficiency in ExcelExperience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM)Comfortable in a customer-facing roleEducationHigh School diploma requiredBachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredExperience1–2 years of customer service, sales support, operations, or order management experienceExperience supporting distributors, national accounts, or B2B customers is a plusCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $60,000+ (based on experience)Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with 6% Company Match
