This position demands an in-depth understanding of US Healthcare data, including technical proficiency in relevant EDI formats and comprehensive knowledge of codes. Effective communication of complex technical issues is a crucial aspect of this role.Roles & Responsibilities Work collaboratively with various teams in the organization to ensure proper client implementation Primary responsibility for communication and resolution of client’s technical issues Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, and abstract up from low-level information to a standard Apply analytical and product management skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements Capture and communicate Business Use Cases to all members of the team for verification Research tasks required for client implementation and client reported issues Coordinate with USDM and team to provide analytical/technical support Support USDM for any approved immediate and urgent tasks Analyze unknown files to coordinate for implementation and perform analysis of implementation files for Layout check Approve/follow up on implementation files Work with the production team to get maintenance clients released in time by providing sign offs for releases Assist in preparing monthly reports of issues encountered in production that may delay regular maintenance processing Required Experience / Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of healthcare data experience, either EDI related or subject matter related Able to initiate work processes and work diligently to ensure that the client’s expectations are met Highly proficient in SQL and familiar with cloud-based processing is a plus Redshift knowledge will be helpful to work with parsing tools Strong knowledge of Cedar Gate products Scripting in Python is a plus Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Your Future Working EnvironmentI f you join Cedar Gate, you can make great ideas happen for some of the world's most dynamic companies.
