Maintaining all network infrastructure physical assets and spare parts in data centers and across multiple sites.Job ResponsibilitiesManaging all relevant materials request from warehouse to sites upon the submission. Interact with suppliers regarding spare parts replacement Collect requirements for materials (patch-cords, transceivers, etc) from other teams in the company and arrange materials request / arrangement on time Manage assets in stock in across multiple sites and warehouse Move assets across sites as needed for various stakeholders under proper control via weekly, monthly ATN Monitor assets in the sites for proper reporting throughout the system for asset visibility in network after requests Maintain the master list of hardware deployed in sites Reconcile hardware in stock and sites Review access record log for the network critically needs for rollout Job RequirementsEducation and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Working ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in infrastructure asset management or a related fieldExperience with asset tracking, management software, and IT asset management tools or platforms.Specific SkillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExternal Work RelationsMaintain professional working attitudes that maintains and promote the company core values.Internal Work Relations Proactively establish and maintain the effective teamwork relationships with all relevant departments.Join Our Team – Apply NowThank you for your interest in joining Smart Axiata!To apply, please complete the application form and upload your CV in DOC, DOCX, or PDF format (maximum file size: 3MB).Alternatively, you may submit your CV directly to [email protected].Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
