System Integration & Support Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers, addressing complex issues, and performing root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently. Identify and assess software components to ensure compatibility, plan and coordinate the integration process, and ensure that all systems meet specified requirements. Create, maintain, and update technical documentation related to system integration processes. Rigorously test integrated systems to ensure they meet functionality and performance standards.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in system integration, software development, or IT engineering. Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data formats such as JSON/XML. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
