UX/UI Designer

Summary:UX/UI designers are expected to work independently, lead through ownership, and adopt new ways of working fit for the AI era. Applicants are expected to deliver consistent, high-quality designs across platforms while working closely with stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute UX and UI design tasks for assigned features or flows, ensuring high-quality visual and interaction design.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aligned with the design system and product requirements.Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth handoff and iterative improvements.Participate in usability tests and incorporate insights into design iterations.Follow established workflows and document design outcomes.Take full ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them from start to finish with accountability and consistency.Job RequirementsFluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.Fast learner, logical thinker, and intelligent, with strong ownership and attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field is preferred (however, equivalent experience and demonstrated design talent will also be considered).2–5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI for mobile and/or web platformsProficiency in Figma and familiarity with component-based design systemsWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)Basic understanding of mobile platform-specific UI patterns (iOS and Android)Familiar with user research, usability testing, and prototypingUp-to-date with UI/UX trends in global and regional digital products10.
