We’re backed by some of the smartest and most successful investors out there, and are a resilient, forward looking scale-up with big ambitions.The Role:As a New Business Development Representative you will be part of the International Sales Team which takes care of our partnerships around Europe.Things you will be working on:Active acquisition of new hotels for the Travelist portfolioRepresenting the company in relations with potential business partnersPreparing offers and negotiating terms of cooperationMaximizing sales resultsLearning about the needs of customers (hotels), building strong relationshipsGaining knowledge and monitoring the competition's offerReporting results in the Freshsales CRM sales systemCooperating with the Marketing department and Account Managers in the selection of offersPossible need for individual business trips in Europe (irregular, work from home 90%)Things you will bring: Effectiveness in action, focus on achieving resultsVery good knowledge of English, Spanish and Italian.Communication skills in both telephone, e-mail and direct contactsExperience in cold calling and working on a selected lead databaseCommercial and negotiation skillsSolid sales experience supported by good results.And you are:Able to think outside the box and find solutionsFlexible and open to new ideas and solutionsWell organized, independent and committedAble to build relationships with business partnersHow the magic happensThis is a hybrid contact. We work 2-3 days from our office in Warsaw but if you live away from here, we could discuss more flexible arrangements. We will provide you with a package of benefits including discounts on our products and anniversary credits.
