We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to oversee our night operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.Manage the front desk during night shifts, handling guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanorPerform nightly audit procedures, including balancing accounts, verifying financial transactions, and preparing daily reportsMonitor and ensure the security of the hotel premises during night hoursAssist guests with any requests or concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all timesProcess reservations, room assignments, and guest billing accurately and efficientlyCollaborate with other departments to address any guest issues or special requestsMaintain accurate records of all night shift activities and communicate important information to the day shift teamHandle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocolsEnsure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at all timesQualificationsDegree or training in hospitality management with experience in front office operations, preferably as a night auditorExcellent English communication skills; native speaker in Khmer languageProficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting skillsStrong attention to detail with ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidaysPassion for hospitality with a commitment to exceptional guest experiencesStrong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of local culture and customs
