We are seeking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors who have operated at a senior level in large / complex organisations, with particular areas of interest either being strong financial acumen or broader commercial background. The Board is also open to hear from those with a diverse range of experiences who feel that they can make a contribution.We want to improve the lives of patients, families and carers, across all our communities. They share collective responsibility with other Directors for the success of the Trust, using available resources to deliver healthcare and improve the health of local communities.Non-Executive Directors bring independence, external skills and perspectives, ensuring robust governance and high standards across the Trust’s activities.
