The company has recently launched a new Enterprise grade eLearning platform called Pathway, and we’re growing fast with over 1 million CPD-Accredited Certifications.We’re hiring a Founder’s Associate to join our team and help keep the engine of the business running. If you like to wear multiple hats in the business, work on high-impact projects and have a passion for health, education, or care – this could be the perfect role for you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants broad exposure to operations, product, strategy, and data. As a Founder Associate, you’ll be a force multiplier— helping drive key initiatives, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities• Support in planning, prioritising, and executing company-wide initiatives• Conduct research, create presentations, and contribute to strategic decision-making• Coordinate cross-functional projects across operations, product, marketing, and customer success• Gather, clean, and analyse data to uncover trends and operational opportunities• Build dashboards and reports & translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations• Identify inefficiencies across workflows and propose scalable solutions• Assist in building small internal tools (basic scripting or low-code tasks)You’re a Great Fit If You:• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Have some coding experience (SQL, Python, JavaScript or similar)• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills• Are proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn• Can operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment• Are detail-oriented and take ownership of your work• Are comfortable with tools like Retool (added plus)What We Offer:• 28 days holiday including bank holidays • Laptop + headset provided• Annual training budget (£300)• Workplace Pension plan (with employer contribution)• Wellness perks + quarterly team events• Direct exposure to the Founder and senior leadership• A varied, high-responsibility role with rapid personal and professional growth• Impact — your work supports training access for thousands of care workers across the UKAt CareTutor.org, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workforce.
