About the role:Terapia is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation.We provide UKCP-accredited child and adolescent psychotherapy counselling training. Our courses are validated by Middlesex University. We also provide therapeutic services in schools and statutory and non-statutory organisations.Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will provide visionary and operational leadership across all areas of Terapia’s work — from academic programmes, clinical services and public engagement.The CEO will be a champion of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with a proven ability to foster an inclusive organisational culture. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse teams, and a commitment to ensuring that our student body reflects a broad spectrum of backgrounds, identities, and perspectives.The successful candidate will be a qualified and accredited psychotherapist with teaching and leadership experience in psychotherapy training.
